However, if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, the terms below will guide you through our Return, Refund, and Exchange process.

1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

You may request a return or exchange only if:

✔ The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect on arrival.

✔ You contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

✔ The product is unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Wrong size ordered by customer
  • Change of mind
  • Minor color variation due to lighting/screen differences
  • Products damaged due to improper washing/handling by customer
  • Clearance or discounted items

2. Refund Policy (Prepaid Orders Only)

Since VIHA Global Nexus operates with prepaid payments only, refunds will be issued only if:

✔ We are unable to fulfill your order

✔ Your order is cancelled before processing

✔ You received a damaged or defective product and a replacement is not possible

Refunds are issued to the original payment method (UPI/Bank/Razorpay) within 5–7 business days after approval.

Note: Payment gateway fees (if any deducted by the gateway) are non-refundable.

3. Replacement Policy

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours
  2. Share clear photos/videos of the product + unboxing video (if available)
  3. After verification, we will arrange a free replacement

If the same item is out of stock, we may offer:

  • A different product of the same value
  • A store credit
  • A refund (if no other option available)

4. Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it — only if it has not yet entered processing or printing.

Once the order is processed, it cannot be cancelled*, as your merchandise is made-to-order.

5. Return Shipping

  • For damaged/incorrect products → Free reverse pickup or shipping reimbursement
  • For any return due to customer reasons → Not allowed, since we operate on a no-return basis for non-defective items

6. Non-Delivery (RTO)

If an order is returned to us due to:

  • Wrong address
  • Customer unavailable
  • Phone not reachable
  • Refusal to accept the parcel

We will deduct the forward + return shipping charges, and the remaining amount will be refunded as store credit only.

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Printing & quality check time: 1–2 business days
    Total dispatch time: 2–5 business days

Note: Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

2. Delivery Time

Delivery timelines vary by location.

Estimated Time : 5 days
(These timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather, strikes, festivals, etc.)

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated based on:

  • Delivery location
  • Total weight
  • Shipment type

Shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before payment.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive:

  • A tracking ID
  • Courier name
  • Tracking link

Tracking may take 12–24 hours to get updated from the courier’s system.

5. Delivery Attempts (RTO Policy)

Our courier partners make 2–3 delivery attempts.

Your package may be returned (RTO) if:

  • Address is incomplete or incorrect
  • Customer is not available
  • Phone number is unreachable
  • Customer refuses delivery

If an RTO happens, a refund (as store credit) will be issued after deducting forward + return shipping charges.

6. Prepaid Orders Only

VIHA Global Nexus currently supports prepaid orders only to reduce RTO losses and ensure smooth delivery.

We accept:

  • UPI
  • Bank Transfer
  • Payment Gateway (Razorpay/others)
  • QR-based payments

7. Wrong or Damaged Delivery

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  2. Share a clear photo/video of the issue
  3. We will verify and arrange a free replacement
  4. International Shipping

Currently, we do not offer international shipping.
If needed, we may add it in the future.

Order Cancellation

  • You may cancel within 2 hours if the order is not processed.
  • After processing, orders cannot be cancelled as items are made-to-order.

Refunds for cancelled orders follow our Refund Policy.
